Facilities: The rooms are fully equipped and the hardware is in good condition. Especially the toilet, the seat cushion can adjust the temperature, which is very comfortable in winter. The air conditioning in the room is sufficient, the hot water is hot, and the room automatically jumps to the floor by swiping the room card on the elevator. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, no hair was found, and the towels and bed covers are white. Environment: The hotel is about ten minutes' walk from Hao'erxiang subway station, which is relatively convenient. The surrounding area is relatively quiet and the room is well soundproofed. Service: The automatic check-in machine is relatively useless and requires employees to enter their employee number. None of the staff were there when I arrived. I called the on-duty phone number and the service was warm. There are not many people in the winter, so I was upgraded to a room. The room is very big, and the store could consider putting in a small sofa or recliner. The only fly in the ointment is that I didn’t see the robot automatically delivering food. What I was given was a meal voucher for the breakfast restaurant downstairs, which was a discount of 12 yuan. The specific price is in Figure 6. The gift is okay, but it’s not worth buying breakfast service for RMB 30 separately. Overall I feel good and would like to come again next time.
