Location is perfect on the lake. Hotel is spectacular and service is impeccable. Food is awesome.

Really amazing service from the service team here. A special shout out to Miss 小董 for her good customer service, following up on the stay experience even though she isn't on duty.

This particular hotel is fairly new and it is built on the lake, which makes for a beautiful view from the room. There are food options close by as well as son was in the hotel. the swimming pool is very nice. the hotel. Staff are always very polite professional and happy to serve. It’s not our first time coming here and it certainly won’t be our last. Hands down the best hotel in Nantong!

Everything is good as Merritt is a branded hotel in the world! The one in Nantong keeps the quality! The breakfast is good & the staff is friendly especially Yola in the front desk is especially enthusiastic! Promise to stay in this hotel when I come again to Nantong!

The afternoon tea was great, delicious and beautiful, the coffee was first-rate, the service attitude was very satisfactory, and it was a very pleasant weekend. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable and warm, with a beautiful lake view; the lobby front desk service was thoughtful, especially the beautiful Xiaoyu and Grace, thank you, next time I go to Nantong, I will definitely choose Nantong Marriott Hotel directly, parking is free, breakfast is rich and varied, delicious and considerate, and free packaged coffee cups are specially provided, the swimming pool is also very good, and there is a small pool with a higher water temperature.

During dinner, there was a light show and fountain show outside the window, which gave my boyfriend enough face! We walked to the Grand Theater to watch the concert and woke up in the morning with the sunrise. It was a beautiful and romantic New Year's Eve trip!

The overall hotel is really good. You can see Zilang Lake when you go out. It is very pleasing to the eye. There are restaurants nearby for eating and shopping. There is a lobby bar on the first floor for drinking coffee and wine. Hygiene: Nothing to say, clean and tidy, the room is tidy Facilities: The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. The restaurant is also delicious. It seems that there are three restaurants Service: The service is very good. The housekeeper Xiaoyu is very considerate. This time I took my baby out because my friend is a Marriott member, so I also tried staying there. I thought about taking my baby out so I booked a parent-child room so that the baby's experience would be better. To be honest, I was quite disappointed. First of all, the parent-child room did not have a bed fence, but there was a crib, but the design was unreasonable and it was impossible to put the baby in it. The iron railings on all four sides were cold. My baby fell off the bed in the middle of the night and hit his head on the wooden climbing frame. Secondly, the air conditioning in the room. Our friend upgraded to a suite, and the room was much hotter than ours. The solution turned out to be a floor-standing heater, which I didn't dare to use at all for fear that my baby would touch it. Later, the room was warm, but it was still quite cold when I slept in the middle of the night. All in all, it was an unpleasant trip.
