The hotel is modern and pleasant. The studio is welcoming and bright (2 windows) located on the 6th floor with elevator. The bathroom is spacious: however, I would suggest adding a second coat hook and a wall shelf for practicality. The bed is comfortable, excellent mattress which is the most important thing for me if you want to have a good stay. The kitchen area is optimized. Appreciable WiFi access. Also note: a fitness room on the 4th floor. Too bad I couldn't take advantage of it given the heatwave... The only downside to the accommodation: the lack of air conditioning. Fortunately we were away during the day and only returned to the room in the evening.

Very nice staff, pretty hotel, right across from the gare and tram, around the corner from the castle and old town center. Those are the “goods”. However, we were given family room 111 which faces the street. The air conditioning was not working well, and when we opened the windows, there was the sound of the train, people fighting, or couples. We asked to have the air fixed but were just as uncomfortable the second night. The “rooms” are separated by sliding bamboo curtains, which made it impossible to sleep until the last person went to bed. Breakfast was very sp**** at the €14 per person charge. But reception staff was impeccably nice. I think we would choose a real hotel with real beds and real doors next time.

The Radisson Blue hotel is located in the centre of Nantes, a very good experience. Personnels à l'écoute de son client. Service and room at the top. Breakfast with a wide range of products. A city to visit with its quality restaurants.

We spent a night at Hotel Le Lieu Dice: staff is very sympathetic, the atmosphere is very cool (decoration and color at the top, small humour touches somewhere). The hotel restaurant Le Gasparelli produces very exquisite pizzas, with a little bit of breakfast, some of the products advertised in their plate were missing (butter, confectionery, cheese, charcuteries)

For a professional trip of 5 nights (from 30/10 to 04/11), I booked two rooms on 23/10 at 18:30 by phone, the announced price was for two rooms at 412€50, finding this very interesting price I passed a call at 19:00 to confirm The conditions that the person confirmed me well. My stay once finished I pass to the host the person tells me that she doesn't find the second room in her software and that she must look for more. She tells me the double in charge, explaining the situation she tells me that a trainee has already made this mistake and she would come with to not make this mistake again but she will still debit my account for the double of the announced price. I find it unhellable, because if I had been announced this price from the beginning, I might not have booked especially that other hotels are in the sector with better services. With regard to the rooms it is not exceptional, with a real defect of isolation, one of the rooms had even a heating problem ... Shortly very disappointed of this stay and treatment.

Ctrip ordered a double breakfast for a single breakfast. After the hotel, the front desk repeatedly confirmed that we really only had one breakfast. We immediately communicated with Ctrip customer service. It took a lot of effort but finally got it. We paid for it ourselves. One breakfast, Ctrip gives a refund, breakfast is OK. Hotel location is good, on the main road, there are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Compared to the OKKO hotel where I lived, the equipment is old, the sewer is not smooth, and the free coffee bar is generally available.
