We stayed at the hotel as spectators at the UCI Worlds BMX held at the convention centre over the road. The hotel was very basic, the shower head was dirty, the room had no air-con, and we were not advised. The restaurant was closed during the weekend of our stay, and we were not informed. The closest restaurant was a 30-minute walk away and the area around the hotel was very run down. Had we known the restaurant would be closed we would have stayed at another hotel. The staff were very difficult to communicate with and not friendly. I would recommend staying in the center of Nantes which is much nicer.

We booked the hotel because it was near the venue. We took a room with airco, very happy with that. Spacious room. Very friendly staff. Restaurant food was very good and fast. Prive quality wise a recommendation.

Dans un cadre professionnel, mon entreprise a réservé cet hôtel via une plateforme sécurisée et privée. Malgré la confirmation de notre réservation sur cette plateforme et nos échanges répétés avec la réception pour faciliter le check-in, l'hôtel a annulé l'une des trois chambres réservées une heure avant notre arrivée. La réception n’a pas présenté d’excuses, attribuant la responsabilité à notre plateforme sans reconnaître leur erreur. Je conseille donc aux personnes voyageant pour leur entreprise de prendre des précautions. Par ailleurs, la propreté de la salle de bain laissait à désirer, avec des cheveux et des poils dans la baignoire.

Je demande une chambre au calme qui donne pas sur la route j’ai l’impression de dormir sur l’autoroute Soit disant le soir c’est calme …. ?? Mensonge … comme c’est complet pas possible de changer de chambre … Salle d’eau minuscule vous pouvez aller aux toilettes et prendre la douche en même temps ! Ne soyez pas corpulent sinon la douche c’est pas possible ! Restaurant complet même pas il avertisse en amont leurs clients du soir ce qui veut dire que le restaurant ne peut pas accueillir toute la clientèle de l’hotel… Bref vraiment première et dernière fois Le pire c’est le bruit de la route Horrible Je sais pas où ils ont eu la troisième étoile hallucinant Plus jamais …. Dommage que j’ai pas ma voiture sinon j’aurais quitté l’hôtel pour un autre au calme Obligé de passer une nuit horrible

Un hôtel plutôt bon et encore abordable sur la ville de Nantes avec une très grande facilité d'accès et de départ (abords du périphérique) et pour autant très silencieux. Le rapport qualité prix reste un poil excessif vs d'autres soirées étapes dans des hôtels du même type, mais bon c'est Nantes...
