Bed was very comfortable. We both found the glass bathroom a bit weird though and the water from the shower got all through the bathroom. Overall a comfortable and convenient place to stay with helpful staff.

We did not get to stay at the hotel, as there was a train strike which prevented us from reaching Nantes. The hotel was unwilling to allow us to cancel our make any adjustment for us. Although our booking was indeed on non-cancellable basis, the hotel should have been more understanding, as this is not a case of us wanting to cancel, but because we are unable to reach Nantes because of the train strike.

The hotels we booked on this business trip are really great!
The room was large and clean. It was about a quarter of an hour's walk from Nantes train station. It was very convenient to walk around with not much luggage. The location should be in the city center. There are several designer brand jewelry stores in the nearby shopping mall. PRIEUR's jewelry is expensive and beautiful, so cool.
I have to recommend the breakfast. I originally thought the breakfast was just average and wanted to eat out; but it was too early in the morning and the restaurants outside were closed, so I had breakfast at the hotel. It’s really great!

The hotel is very well located, the staff is excellent, the room is very nice, the 24-hour club is a success, with snacks from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with drinks included. Soft drinks and alcoholic drinks are paid separately; before and after the snacks, you can enjoy free cookies, juices, and homemade cakes—quite a luxury. It's in a very pleasant location, with a desktop computer at your disposal, tables, and sofas.
BUT: the light switches are a mess. You have to have a map of which switch turns off which light. The worst thing is that in the shower, you have to step over the shower tray every time you have to go to the toilet or sink. If you've showered, to get to the sink or toilet, you have to step in the water left in the shower. It's very dangerous, as you can slip, and you're surrounded by glass doors. This layout is incomprehensible.

호텔, 접근성 모두 완벽했습니다. 특히 안전하다는 느낌을 갖게 해주는 위치가 가장 마음에 들었습니다. 하지만 6층 방을 배정 받게 되면 5층에 내려 계단으로 올라가야 한다는 점이 단점입니다.
