A very well-located hotel, well-connected to Nantes city center and the university campus by various public transportation options, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.
Attentive, polite, friendly, and professional staff.
The room is clean and well-equipped with the essentials needed for cooking. Several appliances are also available (coffee maker, kettle, toaster).
The continental breakfast buffet is comprehensive and of good quality.

Overall, it was good for traveling, and it was also good that there was a mart nearby. However, they didn't give any instructions for checking in after 4pm on the weekend, so I had to wait in front and other guests helped me get in. The instructions were not friendly.

Not satisfactory at all I had asked not to have carpet at all even in the corridor this was not communicated to the hotel. I was sick all night not slept because of this

The room is spacious and clean. The surrounding environment is quiet, close to the tram station, convenient transportation, and convenient to various attractions. The front desk is friendly and the internet speed is fast

Perfectly located hotel, convenient because it is close to shops and tram stations. However, the only drawback is the paid parking in the red zone.

Excellent hotel. The staff is lovely. The breakfast is top top. Free shuttle to go to the different parks. The airport is close (15min by taxi) and a shuttle is even present during the day.
