I was pitted by Ctrip. When I chose the hotel, I only set up the Loire Valley area. I don’t know if the area is big, it is equivalent to choosing a hotel around Hangzhou and recommending it to Wenzhou. It is 200km away from the heart of the Loire Valley. Also paid the full amount that can not be refunded. No way, the hotel that you set yourself must go to live with the scalp. It is not counted to open more than 400km to and from the round-trip, and it wasted one night without living. Going out of this, the rest are pretty good. Nantes, equivalent to Zhengzhou, France, a transportation hub.

The hotel is well located, with a very careful staff, but also with some limitations in terms of services and facilities, and not only because the reception is open only in two hours, one morning and another afternoon. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Very nice staff, pretty hotel, right across from the gare and tram, around the corner from the castle and old town center. Those are the “goods”. However, we were given family room 111 which faces the street. The air conditioning was not working well, and when we opened the windows, there was the sound of the train, people fighting, or couples. We asked to have the air fixed but were just as uncomfortable the second night. The “rooms” are separated by sliding bamboo curtains, which made it impossible to sleep until the last person went to bed. Breakfast was very sp**** at the €14 per person charge. But reception staff was impeccably nice. I think we would choose a real hotel with real beds and real doors next time.

The Hotel is well placed in a quiet street very close to Place Graslin. The staff are excellent and the breakfast is good with a plentiful supply of quality food including some local produce. Our biggest complaint was that having paid for a premium room there were some issues which made it less than comfortable. Room 226 has a separate toilet to the bathroom with no wash basin so that you have to walk across the room to wash your hands. It also meant that the toilet was a small cupboard. The room was a good size but only had one chair and the biggest inconvenience was that there were no bedside cabinets or even a shelve. In fact storage space was very limited the wardrobe was an open hanging rail. I raised this with reception to be told that was what was provided. It was not until a couple of days later when all the rooms were being cleaned (and doors were left open) that we noted every room had bedside cupboards or shelves and that most had a wardrobe with a door. I am sure that this could be put right in a premium room but it did become an annoyance especially as we both wera glasses and it is very useful to be able to put them close at hand when you go to sleep.

Ok here goes. The hotel in itself is ok. It’s clean and in an accessible area . The reason I’ve only given it a2 is because of Meurcues policy of taking money off your credit card when you arrive. They ask you for a credit card and then take a £100 off it incase you want any extras at the hotel. They say it’s paid back the moment you book out but this doesn’t happen . We told them we would not be having breakfast, we didn’t have an evening meal at the hotel and surprisingly the soft drinks and water in the room minibar were complimentary (no alcohol in the minibar ) so what was the £100 pounds for . We paid in advance so they had that money already. We left the hotel at 08.00 to catch our Ferry at 15.00 and got home at midnight and the money still hadn’t been returned. So at the moment our money is making then interest in their account. If this is company policy just how much are they making throughout the group. Be aware of this and challenge it . We will be thinking twice before booking this hotel group again.

This apart hotel is in an ideal, quiet location, 10mins walk down into the centre of the city. Three good restaurants and a small supermarket within 200m. Very good value, clean, functional, everything you'd need for a few days stay. Limited, but adequate cooking area with fridge, coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave, but no kettle or toaster. Bathroom good, but no toiletries provided. We got into the private underground car park, at Euro10/day, but perhaps not big enough for all guests?

Perfect for rest. The place in this hotel is great. Officers are also very happy to help. The guest room is very elegant, with a huge and comfortable room. We will definitely live here next time

L'hôtel est à 5 min à pieds du Zénith, des places de parking, une chambre d'une propreté irréprochable (je me suis même demandée si cette chambre avait déjà été occupée tellement c'était nickel !) , la literie au top, hôtel très calme, très bon choix pour le buffet du petit déjeuner, une attention particulière pour la réduction des déchets et l'environnement, et, pour finir, le personnel est très accueillant ! Une très bonne nuit après un très bon concert :) Je recommande vivement !

CConnie0406The predecessor of the hotel was a royal palace, but it has been transformed. The breakfast is rich, and the chef even asks you about the taste. In fact, there are very few services in France. His family is an exception.

GGuest UserStaff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table).
Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us).
It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

Excellent surprise for this hotel conveniently located between Nantes city center and on the way to the airport if catching a plane. I booked a one-night stay (04th - 05th December 2021) also based on the positive reviews read on Google and ***********. My stay in room 304 was extremely pleasant as the room is perfectly located on the courtyard, providing a quiet surrounding. The room itself is big and I was particularly impressed by its cleanliness. Furthermore, check in and check out at reception was very smooth and handled professionally. Talking to the reception team, it is obvious they genuinely like their job in the hospitality business. Their commitment, all the more resounding in this time of uncertainty, is pleasant and warm to witness. Next time in Nantes, I have found my preferred hotel :-)

GGuest UserThis hotel is excellent value for money. Very clean and staff excellent could not have been in a better location. I will definitely go back and stay with L’Hôtel. We used the airport shuttle bus. As you get off the bus keep the train line on your right. Just yards away are the steps upto the bridge. When you get to the top take the right turn and walk down the road don’t take the natural bend but cross over the road you’ll pass a restaurant/bar and the hotel is located a few yards away. Note when you go back to the airport by shuttle bus go to where you were dropped off and cross the road. Just before you get to the river the bus stop can be seen. Really easy both ways. We also used the trams which again is close to the hotel . The Nante voyage card included airport bus and trams. Enjoy your stay.

Very Good
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, it was better than expected in all aspects. It was in a perfect locations for our visit to Les Machines. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The lobby area was clean and modern, all the staff we interacted with were both helpful and friendly. The big surprise was the restaurant. When we arrived at lunchtime we were hungry and could not be bothered to go outside the hotel so resigned ourselves to an average or worse hotel lunch. It was well above average, so when the evening arrived it was an easy decision to stay in the hotel for dinner. Both meals were excellent and very good value for money. I would stay and eat in the hotel again if in Nantes.

We stayed there for 1 night, our big surprise when we opened the accommodation, it was very large and clean, we are used to Zenitude Bordeaux where the rooms are very small. The swimming pool on the other hand is a little small for the number of people but heated. We took the 1 bedroom apartment. I recommend this hotel 👍

GGuest UserThe hotel was a little further out than I expected as it says central, also the room we were given was lovely but a few things need improving, the bathroom stunk of garlic when we arrived, just the bathroom and it went on opening the door and spraying perfume after a while but smelt liked they cleaned it with garlic oil, also there is no fan or air-conditioning and it was very warm, we had the windows open but both my daughter and I got eaten alive by mosquitos so a fan in the room would be helpful! Also was very noisy outside, building works opposite at 7am and uni students opposite the other way laughing and singing till the early hours so not much sleep between the noise, Hest and mosquitos! The actual room is lovely, with a kitchen area but just a few improvements would make it better.

Though the interior is a bit old, it has all basic amenity and appliances for your use. Mattress and bed quilt are comfortable. Staff is friendly. It is important to note the reception is not located in this apartment address and you need to check-in in Garden Hotel which is at the concern of the street (2 to 3 min walk). Though they put a print out on the door, they are written in French. I did ring them to confirm the check-in address.

I spent 2 nights in Astoria hotel. The location of the hotel is good, close to the train station and to the tram station. The rooms are clean and well equipped. It's better to have a room with a window on Richbourg road (at the opposite of tram station), as it is less noisy. The staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast was good There's a parking in the hotel, that you have to reserve before arrival, as there are few places
