The hotel is located in the center of the 2023 French riots. When I arrived, it was the third day of the riot, and it really felt a little deep in the tiger's den. Opposite the hotel is a residential area, and it is in a commercial building. It is obvious that other shops are in a poor condition. Everything in the room is fine. After washing clothes, they are dried on a wooden hanger. As a result, the hanger fades and stains the white clothes. The hanger says novotel, which may be used goods from other hotels. The traffic is very convenient, there is a city rail, only two stops to the Arc de Triomphe. There are many restaurants near the station, and the market is quite lively when the riot is nearing the end.

Location of the hotel in relation to the Arche de la Défense is top. The only downside: paying hotel parking even on weekends while not paying outside throughout the city. Acceptable welcome. Room on the 5th floor with elevator noisy on weekdays from 7am because of work in the neighborhood. Review the air conditioning because despite the presence of a notice on the wall, impossible to adjust. In the bathroom, ban the shower curtain (to be replaced by a shower screen) and install more hooks for bath towels. The price of the breakfast is in our opinion a bit excessive. Overall, for our outing at the start of the Tour de France from La Défense, we have an acceptable impression of Campanile Paris Ouest Nanterre.

It deserves to be called a chain hotel, with complete facilities, good service, and a view in the room. It's about an 8-10 minute walk from the station, not too far but not too close. There are shopping malls and department stores nearby for shopping. Overall, I highly recommend staying here👍
