Minbei Hotel

It was my first time to come to Yanping. It was like a little Chongqing as mentioned online. The pace was slow and the environment was beautiful. The hotel gave us a room by the river with a great view. There were also many snacks around the hotel. In short, it was very helpful!

Overall a good hotel with good location, convenient transportation and rich breakfast. The disadvantage is that the bath water needs to be improved, it is always hot and cold, and it is difficult to adjust it properly.

The hotel is strategically located, with unobstructed views of the river outside the window. Jiufengshan Park, Jiufeng Cable Bridge and Sihe Lane are within walking distance. The buffet breakfast is very rich in variety. I stayed here for 3 days and the dishes are still different. The Chinese restaurant is not inferior to Internet celebrity restaurants, and the prices are very reasonable.

I rarely comment. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. The room is nice, but the front desk service is very problematic and the basic check-out procedures are not clear. Two hours after I checked out, I called to ask why my room hadn't been checked out yet and if I wanted to extend my stay. I said I checked out early, gave me my room card, and registered. The front desk said they didn't see it and they would look for it. After hanging up the phone for about twenty minutes, I called to ask why the deposit hadn't been refunded for more than two hours. The front desk also said when you would check out of the room. I said I had already checked out, at twelve o'clock, and you had called me before. The front desk made another query operation and said that it was refunded. We have already done it here, and the system will be delayed a bit. Let me wait. As soon as I hung up the phone, the deposit was immediately credited to my account. I was confused, it was clearly done by someone new, if I didn’t call, they wouldn’t have refunded me tomorrow😅
