In the off-season, there are few guests staying in the hotel and it is relatively quiet. The cruise was nice, with beautiful scenery, and the driver was very nice; the breakfast was too perfunctory, in the style of a canteen; the room was cold, the air conditioning was not effective, the bathroom heating equipment was broken, and the shower was very cold the next day It took most of the day to repair, but it was still not repaired until about three o'clock in the afternoon, so I had to change rooms. The maintenance staff was still smoking in my room. It was really unbelievable. The customer service front desk was also urging me to do something that day. The service awareness was so poor. I couldn't do it. Come again.

第一次來武夷山，提前定好了德懋堂酒店，坐高鐵由於下雪耽誤了一個半小時，酒店司機師傅一直在等我們，很是感謝！到酒店裡員工也很熱情的招待！酒店是徽派建築，正巧碰到連綿細雨天，附近山中霧氣繚繞，在房間裏喝茶看書欣賞美景心情非常舒暢，體驗感不錯的一次旅行！

這次入住意外超出期待，這邊服務人員很熱情，我們一家五口自駕過來，到停車場接待，入住期間每位店員都周到，離店忘記孩子小書包落在小童樂園，致電後第一時間幫我們安排郵寄給我下一站行程，滿滿的感動，服務很贊，室外桃園，對面是一座原始森林，整體感受遊艇玩的比在景區還舒服，感覺要好
