設施非常老舊，馬桶下水有問題，一晚上堵兩次，房間內的排氣操和空調簡直太老舊，全是噪音轟隆一晚上，隔音非常差，過道外面有人經過都能聽到，衞生糟糕，地面，桌面，床上到處散落各種毛髮，洗手枱還有上一個住客用過的牙具那些沒收拾乾淨，早餐也是冷冰冰的，八點到餐廳就剩稀飯榨菜了，還得到外面吃，員工基本沒有服務，全程坐立式辦理，基本問候道別也沒有，需要開票也是冷冰冰的服務態度。

第一次到延平，住這真是太方便了。對面就是步行街，吃的喝的很多，拍照又好看。吃完喝完到街對面逛九峯公園，夜景超好看。返程乘車也方便，門口公交有直達動車站。推薦。

整體翻新過高級乾淨許多！空調製冷給力但聲音不小。房間內部空間很大，床品也比較乾淨！廁所沒拍一般般。地理位置優越！電梯一開一個開放式的茶室，半夜一堆大爺還在聊天，不免嚇了一跳。服務一級棒👍🏻無論是前台還是保潔人員！感謝！
