房子沒有電梯需要自己搬行李上很高的台階，房間裏面很大，有冰箱，房子周邊綠化挺好，但是蚊子特別多，咬的特別疼。房間的床是硬木板，下面沒有席夢思床墊很硬，對於有頸椎病腰椎病的人比較友好，對於正常遊客不太友好。房間的備品挺齊備的，房間的空調也挺給力的，整體還行，物超所值。

很喜歡這樣的小房子，推開門就是一大片三角梅。很喜歡這個一室一廳一廚一衞一陽台的房間。下次來延平還會選擇住這樣，衞生乾淨，交通很方便，也很安靜。

跟預想的一樣好，位於半山上，很別緻。無接觸式入住，很適合社恐哦。
乾淨衞生清爽，浴巾質量很好，厚實夠長。床品乾淨，被子蓋着舒服，床墊舒適，不會軟塌塌那種，最怕碰到軟床墊，睡得腰疼，這個是偏硬的，正合適。
房間空間大，有洗衣機和冰箱，免費使用，有個小廚房，不過用不上，小廚房裡也沒有電磁爐、沒有鍋碗瓢盆，沒有微波爐。
有個小陽台，陽台上有個手洗洗衣池。可惜晾衣架衹有3個，能多幾個就好了。
還有免費停車位，延平找停車位不容易。

房間很大，有免費停車位，管家訊息響應很及時，可以帶寵物，有洗衣機、冰箱，房價合理。
如果開車停車後上下樓比較多，行李要搬一下。

這民宿超乎想象的好，性價比超高，房間衞生做的很乾凈，意向不到還有小零食提供 不錯不錯 窗外還有枇杷誒 都快熟了可以摘了吃了 哈哈（剛開始看到一條説這民宿不好的評論還猶豫了一下，這評論是同行眼紅故意的吧哈哈哈，床上浴巾都是新的啊，老闆服務態度非常好，也都是主動聯繫加了微信給了密碼）
