Hotels in Chaoyang Square/Zhongshan Road, Nanning

It is not too far from the center. It is convenient to travel. The room is spacious and the service is impressive. The price is cheap.

Location very good. Hotel has own lobby and parking so easy to use DiDi. Also walking distance to metro station and biggest shopping street in city. Room has pros and cons. Room looks dated and my room #902 window look out to old dilapidated buildings. Also quite noisy during the morning as my room was near to the neighbouring food street. WiFi is fast and hot shower pressure is strong. Towels are all individually packed so hygiene is good. Will still recommend as price presents good value for money in the biggest city in Guangxi.

I love the charm of this hotel, the excellent facilities, and the cheap prices charged for the quality of the services rendered. Outstanding services at Reception, Housekeeping, and Restaurants. A special mention to a Concierge (Alfred) who spent a long time helping me obtain things I needed, got my James phone working,among many other small favors. Again many thanks Alfred, your help was invaluable.

We stayed at the Yeste International Hotel (Chaoyang Square District Government) for five nights in mid November. Here's the pros and cons: Pros: 1) Good location. Within about 5 - 10 minutes walk, you will find yourself in the heart of one of Nanning's busiest shopping and dining district. 2) Good buns and vegetable dishes at breakfast. (If you'd like a piece of toast, however, there's no jam or butter. No cereals either. This is odd considering that the hotel markets itself as ”international”.) Cons: 1) The Yeste we stayed at promoted itself as ”opened in 2019” but this is misleading! It had been operated as some other hotels before the Yeste brand ”opened” the property as its own. The rooms may have been renovated but many details are clearly worn out from yellow caulking, slow drainage, to moldy cracks. The bathrooms are excruciatingly small. You can't access the full countertop without cramming your legs against the toilet bowl. (We stayed at the ”super” room. Looking back at the online photos posted by the hotel, we couldn't believe that's actually the room we'd stayed at. The fisheye effect used in taking those photos are misleading.) 2) The property allows smoking in some areas. Even if you booked a ”non-smoking” room, chances are that you will ”enjoy” second-hand smoking in the elevator, hallways, even in your own room. 3) Security is non-existent. There is a lobby at the front, but through a side door, which is open 24/7, anyone and everyone can come and go at will. The hotel shares the building with other tenants (businesses). From food delivery, other tenants in the building, to patrons of different businesses, the entire building is an open book. With the push of a button, anyone can access your hotel floors anytime of the day. Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay in the city, this property is okay. If you expect quality, security, or services, this is not the place to be.

The room is standard, clean and tidy, the parking lot is large, it is the best choice for self-driving travel. We came from Guangdong and passed through Nanning. It was really good to choose this Yongzhou Hotel. It was also very quiet. It was 1.4 kilometers away from Sanjie Erxiang. The breakfast was particularly rich. In short, I will stay here again next time. 5 points praise Service: OK Environment: Ok Facilities: Ok

The hotel has a good location, close to a subway station. The rooms were nicely furnished, clean and there were free washing machines. I would stay here again anytime.

Facilities: There are many types of facilities, including KTV and foot washing. As you can imagine, people have different opinions on hygiene. In addition, there is a parking lot. You cannot park on the ground floor or the first floor. You have to park on the second or third underground floors. The location should be a bit far from the scenic spot, so it will not affect driving.

Good price I paid 12-13 usd/nite. Nice location. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Lowest price room so there was no window, ceiling is low so I did get uncomfortable feeling but I can’t complain cause i chose lowest price room but i did get problem with the air conditioning system it ran so noisy and became hot at night and i had no idea with the button it looked old and didn’t work. I might go back

Because I wanted to see the old site of the ”Nanning Conference”, I checked into this hotel directly. When I checked in, I was told that I was upgraded to Building 2, which is clean and well-equipped, with friendly service staff. It's a pity that the old site of the Nanning Conference in Building 5 is not open to the public, but seeing the big red flag is a compensation. It feels good to stay here.

Location is very close to metro, train station and mall, although we did not use the train station for our arrival or onward travel. Going to Detian transnational waterfall is also very convenient by taking the metro straight to Langdong Bus Station, where they have 8 & 8:30 minibus going to the waterfall scenic spot directly. There are eateries nearby and in the mall. A supermarket is going to open in the mall soon, with a very nice bakery already in business. Overall it is a very pleasant stay. Check in and out super easy. Rooms were cleaned every day and supplies replenished promptly. Toiletries were very nice smelling and bubbly. Highly recommended!
