The room can also be connected to the mobile phone Bluetooth to play music on your mobile phone. The hotel's disposable supplies are also very good, of good quality and easy to use. The toiletries are also equipped with mouthwash, hair bands, and cotton swabs, which are very considerate. The hotel breakfast is also good. There is a buffet in the restaurant on the first floor. Arriving at 2 PM, your smiling service instantly melted away all the day's fatigue. Upon arrival, our room wasn't quite ready, so Manager Wu offered us drink vouchers and arranged for us to relax in the lounge. Unfortunately, the executive lounge on the 32nd floor was closed, and all executive benefits were temporarily relocated to the lobby bar on the 1st floor. The afternoon tea and happy hour there were quite disappointing, with very limited selection and mediocre taste. On a positive note, after checking into the room, we found no issues with its cleanliness, which is highly commendable! Suggestions Following My Stay: 1. The executive lounge on the 32nd floor should reopen as soon as possible, and the variety and quality of food and beverages for afternoon tea and happy hour should be significantly improved to truly enhance executive benefits. 2. I suggest strengthening staff training on courtesy and etiquette. Several staff members were observed not greeting guests and simply walking away with their heads down. 3. I recommend the hotel proactively contact guests booking executive rooms via phone to inquire about their specific check-in preferences and try their best to accommodate them. Finally, I'd like to once again express my gratitude to Manager Grace Wu for her exceptionally warm and thoughtful service. You truly are a shining example of hotel service. I hope you can continue to serve every customer with even greater attentiveness in the future, and I wish you a well-deserved promotion and salary increase soon! It's literally the nicest hotel in the area despite being expensive. Our room overlooked the sunset and the view was beautiful. The front desk staff efficiently checked me in, making me feel right at home.Special thanks to Jackson, who made the stay perfect and was helpful every step of the way! I'll definitely come back. Perhaps the most pleasing aspect was the hotel's quiet atmosphere that allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves. There were no sounds of traffic or construction to distract or annoy us, and that was a pleasant change from our normal routine. We are happy to recommend to everyone that they book their next stay for rest and recreation at the Nan Ning Shangri-La Hotel. By the way, the hotel's location is very convenient as it is central to shopping, restaurants and recreation venues. Aurelia, Jessica, Eileen, Doris, and Iris are great.

There's also the famous Qijiajie Lemon Duck, a Nanning culinary landmark, nearby, making it incredibly convenient for foodies. Getting to various attractions is a breeze. The hotel rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The service is warm and attentive, and the complimentary laundry service is a huge plus! The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. My family and friends and I stayed for two nights and felt completely at home. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Nanning!

All the hotel's amenities are well-maintained; the lobby is grand and elegant, and the room I was assigned was spacious and bright. Both the bedding and the bathroom were spotless, which made for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. Every staff member was highly professional and enthusiastic, offering smiling service throughout my check-in and check-out process. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. I was particularly impressed by the young man and woman at the front desk yesterday; they were so charming and pleasant. If I needed anything, they said I just had to ask, and it would be sent right up to my room. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. My favorite was the coffee, and the *youtiao* (Chinese fried dough sticks) were exceptionally delicious, cut into small, bite-sized pieces, making them very easy to eat. The location was also very convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home!

In my opinion, the price/performance ratio of the hotel room is very high, and it is also very comfortable. The decoration of the hotel is very beautiful. I prefer nature, so I think the outdoor garden of the hotel is very beautiful and full of natural atmosphere. I basically go there to sit every day, look at the scenery and think about things. The staff are very enthusiastic and patient, and they will try their best to satisfy what I want. I remember that there was a girl named Xiao Lu who answered the phone. Her voice sounded very nice, which made people feel happier. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is good, the surrounding area is lively, and it's not too far to go anywhere. There are washing machines and dryers on each floor, but when I went to do laundry, the washing powder was out and no one replenished it. Breakfast is relatively simple, for example, there are slices of bread without butter and jam. The central air conditioner is seriously aging. If the wind speed cannot be turned up, it will look like a tractor. If the weather is not hot, the wind speed can be tolerated at a lower speed. Takeaway can be delivered to the door, which is very popular. Overall, it's pretty good and cost-effective.

A grand hotel although it is more oriental style. Very near Metro. Airport bus service is right at the hotel. Beautiful 南湖 is nice for morning and evening walk. We booked a double room. The front dest staff was very pleasant and able to help us when asking for free upgrade to executive, non-smoking room with fantastic view to the lake. The room was very spacious and comfy. Front desk was also efficient to help us solving small issue of the room.
