這是有史以來住東呈旗下城市便捷最不舒適的一次，當天是凌晨辦理Check in 的，因為當時天有點晚了 直接訂的特價大床房 前台特意強調我訂的是這個 我的要求她也沒給滿足，最後才説給延遲退房到兩點，甚至給我安排的是尾房……原先是不樂意給我延退的，後來假惺惺的説給我延退到兩點……又不是節假日，房態又不是爆滿狀態，一直推脱不給滿足，大晚上的要不是不想再和前台周旋，估計這個前台可以和我理論到天亮，特價大床房不是你們和攜程的合作麼。整這出，噁心誰呢……還有房間裏的衞生做的也不怎麼樣，馬桶上沒洗刷乾淨……圖片沒有拍，就這樣吧，員工整體素質真是給東呈抹黑，哦 忘了 你們衹是加盟的 並不是直營店 ……
