因當晚不能及時回酒店，所以開了房間沒住，把行李都放在房間裏面了，晚上也沒回去，第二天讓工作人員幫忙把房間內的行李放到前台，之後我再去還房卡，結果遺失了包中兩件行李（包含一件新的衣服，還有我買的葯），酒店也並未告知，等到我回家了才發現遺失…無法理解酒店打開別人包並且拿走東西的行為。
