My reservation was not subject to being modified after check-in and I couldn't make any changes through the Trip.com website. The staff at the front desk, however, were kind enough to help me and managed to arrange an earlier check-out (with refund) for me. I was impressed by the service.

Booked a superior king-size bed room, and the platform upgraded to a deluxe king-size bed room for free. Good reviews also gave breakfast coupons. The only downside was that the air conditioner couldn't keep up with the cooling at night, 17 or 18 degrees.

Good service, helped upgrade the room type during the off-season
The hygiene details are not good but it doesn't have much impact
I don't get the sudden music playing in the shower, but friends who like singing may like it
