房間超級大，上下兩層的，上層是房間，下層是客廳廚房和衞生間，衞生很乾凈，樓上樓下都有空調，床也很舒適。基礎設施都很好用，也感謝商家客服的幫助，一次非常舒適的入住

民宿公寓真的非常不錯，價格實惠，房間也很寬敞整潔。我們在這裏住了一晚，非常滿意。民宿的老闆和員工非常熱情，為我們提供了很多有用的旅遊建議，還幫我們規劃了旅遊路線。房間內設施齊全，裝修風格簡約時尚，非常舒適。床鋪柔軟舒適，洗浴設備齊全，還有免費的無線網絡，真的非常方便。
民宿公寓的位置也非常優越，周邊有很多好吃好玩的地方，而且交通方便。出門左轉就有公交車站，可以直接到達市中心的各個景點，非常方便。附近還有很多地道的美食，我們嘗試了幾家，味道都非常好。總的來説，民宿公寓是一個旅遊度假的好去處，下次來還會選擇這裏。

非常差勁，位置很難找，在小區最裡邊，環境衞生不好，空調不出暖氣，被子巨薄，冷得人根本睡不着，和客服溝通，客服一會説讓我自己拆空調蓋子（根本沒有用，而且難搞，還要自己搬牀頭櫃踩上去），一會又説他們家訂單上面寫了沒有暖氣（其實根本就沒有寫），一會又説別的房間都有暖氣，就我房間不行，質疑我大半夜騙她，最後讓我自己上八樓搬被子。我第二天要參加考試，搞得一整晚都沒有睡好，本來定了兩天，毫不猶豫退掉第二天！總之活了這麼多年，第一次見到這麼離譜的民宿！
在微信説好了第二天幫我聯繫平台退房，其實根本沒有聯繫，我等了一天不見退款，最後自己聯繫平台退款，平台説賣家沒有聯繫過他們，中間還很波折。
總之，這家店環境差、設施差、服務差！整體都很差！！！

房間的床墊睡上去能明顯感覺到睡在彈簧上，硌得腰疼腿疼，衞生一般，還能看到小飛蟲，房間裏有一套衞生用具牙膏是壞的，沒有門卡，剛進去的時候得按密碼和物業確認，按了好幾次才接通

不滿意，和朋友一塊訂的房，我們的還稍微貴一點，和路邊小館沒什麼區別，同一個小區裏其他的店都沒那麼差。

小區環境還不錯，晚上很安靜，來南寧國考去住的，性價比可以，提醒一下好像沒有門店，直接電話聯繫然後網上辦入住就行
