What I need to complain about is that the platform showed that check-out was delayed until three o'clock. When I asked the front desk, it was said that it was provided by the platform, not the hotel. I need to ask the platform. I don't understand this. Doesn't the platform cooperate with the hotel? Do customers ask the platform? Shouldn't the hotel tell the platform? If not, then give feedback to the platform to remove the project. I can’t understand this answer.

The suite feels quite comfortable and relatively clean. I just can't accept the fact that the toilet glass doesn't have a film on it. It's so embarrassing. I hope it can be improved~

This hotel is not worth the price. The price of 400 to 500 yuan gives the experience of 200 to 300 yuan. 1. After checking in, I went directly into the room. There was a strong smell inside. I didn’t know if it was smoke or mold. After turning on the air conditioner for a while, I asked to change rooms. At that time, I was given 1013 and the front desk asked me to go directly. I went to see 1017. The housekeeper was still there and the door was open. I saw that 1017 also had a smell, but it was okay if it wasn't that strong. The housekeeper said that the front desk would come up to change my room card and asked me to bring my luggage first. 2. The front desk never came up to change the room card. When I was eating in the room, I suddenly heard someone opening the door to my room. I thought it was because the sound insulation was not good. The door was opened from the next room. Unexpectedly, someone came in. I hurriedly opened it. Sticking your head out and saying that someone is staying here, one room with two rooms, this is probably the lowest mistake in making a hotel, there is no safety at all; 3. Outside the window is the air conditioner on the roof of the commercial building downstairs. As shown in Figure 1, it was buzzing and noisy all night long and I couldn't sleep; 4. I really don’t know how to describe the sanitary condition. To be honest, the bathroom sinks are quite clean. Although the toilet looks a bit low, it doesn’t matter. But the windows and carpets are really hard to describe. Putting aside the windows, the carpets are all clean. There are large stains. Are they reluctant to clean them or something? After talking about the shortcomings, let’s talk about the advantages. At first glance, the decoration is still worth the price.

Compared with Atour Hotel on the same floor, the service quality is really far behind! There are many people in the elevator, and there are office and company personnel in the same building, so the waiting time for the elevator is a bit long. Unlike the Atour Hotel on the same floor, they manage the independent elevator independently, so it is clean, tidy and orderly, and there are no people around. Many, waiting for the elevator is not as troublesome as the Venus Royal Hotel, I hope it can be improved! But still worth recommending!
