房間位置還好，距離雙孖井市場，建政路（？）夜市，還有一些吃粉的多年老店等等都不遠，但也都有點距離，步行一刻鐘到半小時的樣子吧，地鐵站也是差不多這樣的距離，所以還是要騎共享電瓶車。距離南寧站和機場大巴發車點也類似距離，電瓶車還是蠻方便的。房間不算小，設施都齊全，雖然老舊但是乾淨，衞生間打掃及時，下水流暢，熱水很好，入住這幾天凌晨一/二/三/四點都用過熱水，都好用，打掃房間也及時、到位，畢竟是老牌星級酒店，底子還是規範大氣的。小度蠻好用的，再加上超大投影屏幕，也有了更多活力氣質。十一出遊，房價良心，性價比高。

房間設施老舊 前台人員拽的跟欠她錢一樣 主要極其不衞生！ 床單破洞有蟲 浴室地面像用了八百年沒清洗 毛巾上有捲曲毛髮 洗漱用品抽屜是打開的 早餐部的工作人員把客人盤子裏剩的餐食又拿手放回鍋裏！早餐除了水煮蛋能吃 剩下的衹有餿了的玉米以及**腸 還有發黑的豆漿 睡一晚後渾身起滿紅色疹子水泡 出據證明後酒店還死不承認 要求酒店做第三方過敏源檢測酒店死活不肯

在南寧逛老城區的話，這是不錯的一個酒店。
酒店在老城區的中心，步行去朝陽廣場南寧百貨，衹有幾百米，去南寧火車站也衹有1公里。
酒店屬於典型的以前的官方接待酒店，能看出之前的富麗堂皇，雖然裝修有點老舊風格，但設備設施還是非常的乾淨，整體維護還可以。唯一的缺點是廁所裏的排氣扇壞了。
酒店雖然處在鬧市區，因為所處地勢比較高，非常安靜，特別是不靠街的另一面。
酒店的服務中規中矩，比較符合印象中的國營單位的服務。

乾淨衞生，床品舒適，地理位置挺好的，離商業區不遠，鬧中取靜，前台及搞衞生的服務人員都挺友善的，早晨略差，雖然不貴，品種少，我去的時候9點半還不到，但燙粉的肉沫一丁點都沒剩了，剛好有個廚師模樣的人，我問他能加嗎？他嘟嚕一句不知啥東東，反正我邊吃邊等都不見他拿岀來，燙好的粉沒味道都沒法吃

這家酒店位置挺好的，但是作為一個已經使用了很多年的酒店來説的話，它是比較老舊的無論是客房裡的產品還是整體的環境，都有一種年齡很大的感覺，但是衞生和設施沒有什麼問題，在這個旅遊旺季的話，這個價位我覺得還行。
