Very bad hotel, unpleasant experience when you get uncomfortable room and not clean and they change you to the lowest level room which also not cleaned.

This hotel has a very comfortable location and close to the main places in Nanning. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially in regards of the covid test situation.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the scale in the shower is not cleaned properly, the hotel has convenient parking, overall it is good, I will continue to book next time.

The room does not match the pictures shown by Ctrip. It is generally hygienic inside. The air conditioner is very old and the noise is loud, which affects the quality of sleep.

Facilities: average, no hot water, no shower, old air conditioner, no heating, too cold to sleep on a super thin blanket
