A family of three originally chose Sanqiu B&B because it was close to relatives’ homes, the transportation was more convenient, and it also received high ratings! However, on the first day of check-in, the cups were not disinfected, the air-conditioning remote control did not work, the shower had no partition and a jar of water was left outside. The smell of sewer coming from the bathroom kept me awake in the middle of the night. A series of problems. When we came back at 11pm the next day, we found that the situation was even more exaggerated. There was no cleaning, no changing of bath towels, and no drinking water (only 6 bottles of purified water were given on the first day). We even confidently said that this is what a B&B is like! But the price of 800 yuan a day during National Day has already caught up with a four-star hotel! After repeated coordination, a stack of bath towels were delivered. They were all printed with different hotel names. Could they be picked up from other hotels? Our request to check out one day in advance was not allowed. In the end, we would rather not stay without paying. We couldn't stand this anger. It’s strange, how come such facilities and services have a 4.9 rating? Guests staying behind should think twice!

The B&B is convenient to check in. There is a Line 4 subway station downstairs. It is convenient to travel. It is a high-end community. The environment is elegant and quiet. The interior decoration is consistent with the pictures. The bed is comfortable and tidy. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a few more photos.

The landlord responded to messages in a very timely manner and was always available to answer questions. Every space in the room was bright and the environment was clean and comfortable! There is also a balcony to dry clothes, the small details are well done, and there are also electric mosquito coils! I think it's very detailed. I'm afraid of mosquitoes when traveling. I stayed here for two days and loved it! The most important thing is that there is a subway entrance in the community, which is so convenient
