It was less than 1000 yen per night, within walking distance of the bullet train station and there were plenty of restaurants nearby which was great. I entered the address into my navigation system and arrived at the first floor of the inn, but the reception is in a different building facing the road so it was difficult to find. The building receptionist called the receptionist on my behalf and we managed to find it. The room was very small on the 29th floor of a very old apartment building, but considering the price it was okay. The bathroom was shared between two rooms and seemed to have been converted from a single apartment building.
