我入住前一天晚上打電話跟前台預訂要接送服務，前台説不用預訂 接送二選一，到東站直接給前台打電話就好了，我也看了攜程上説無需預訂。第二天到東站了，打電話跟前台説我到東站了可以派車來接了，前台小哥給我的答覆是接送需要提前一個小時預訂。相當於我要在東站等一個小時，我質問前台説昨天我打電話預訂的時候沒有人跟我説要提前一個小時預訂，攜程上也沒有寫要提前一個小時預訂。前台小哥説沒辦法要過一個小時才能派車。我自己打車來到前台了。問前台為什麼不提前跟我説要提前預訂車。前台小哥很敷衍一句抱歉都沒有。在房間裏掃碼進小程序，小程序裏有泡腳桶，電蚊香等等，我下單了泡腳桶電蚊香，前台跟我説沒有 我問前台有沒有電蚊香，前台也説沒有。房間裏有蚊子 唯一好點一點就是酒店的早餐很不錯 而且弄早餐的阿姨還跟我説那邊有什麼吃的 服務很好

從大廳到走廊到餐廳環境都很舒服。房間很大有近30平，乾淨、整潔，室內有免費的礦泉水，早餐也很好吃，大廳裏還有下午茶，退房可以延遲到下午四點鐘！還有南寧東站免費接送！總之這個酒店性價比太高了，很滿意！！

房間衞生和設施還可以，但服務實在不行，説是高鐵可以接車，要提前一個小時預約，我們的車是晚上10點11到南寧，我晚上6點左右就打前台電話預約了，結果到南寧後沒有司機聯繫我們，我打了幾個電話前台都不再接了，我們衹好叫了出租車，到酒店前台説加微信可以退車費，結果微信也沒有人理，可能是春節生意太好忙不過來吧！

辦理入住時，兩個服務員全程面無表情，滿臉不耐煩，不願多説一句話，訂房間送的泡腳體驗跟下午茶服務員完全不會提，直到點評才看到。入住後房間甚至有張掛的壁畫一下子傾斜，差點掉下來，又是在床的背後，有點危險，叫了服務員來處理，結果服務員直接門都沒敲就刷卡進房間，把我們嚇得。晚上房間外面也一直有機器的聲音，房間裏面還有之前別的客人住貼的囍字都還沒撕。南寧很好，值得再來，但是再也不會住雅斯特的酒店了。

這裏的設施都很新，而且早餐很可口，服務也很周到，還可以接送站，下次過來還會定這裏，我們全家都很喜歡這個酒店的安排硬件和各項服務都是超強性價比的女兒非常喜歡這裏的早餐米粉每天都吃一大碗，而且小料也很豐富口味非常的正宗在酒店有一種回家的感覺，而且離火車站非常的近，除了東站就有人接車接站感覺非常的貼心
