This is my first time staying at the Astor Hotel. It is a 6-minute drive from Nanning East Railway Station. The hotel has a shuttle service and I am very satisfied. When I checked in, I found that there were small bugs crawling on the sheets, and the same bugs were on the phone. The room was large and spacious, and the decoration style was good. However, the hygiene was not good. It felt like no one had stayed in this room for a long time. The room was in the corner of the 4th floor. Reported this problem to the front desk, and they immediately changed the room. There was no problem with this room, and we would not rent it out. Two breakfasts were provided.

Second, the hotel is a whole-floor cloister style. The so-called cloister style means that the rooms in the inner circle have no windows and are open to the outside. Third, there is no signal in the room. My mete60pro has no signal, but the 15promax has a signal. Fourth, when I discovered the above problem, I called the front desk and asked to change rooms. After more than 20 minutes, I still didn’t get a reply, so I made a second call. When I went to the front desk to ask for an explanation, the four people at the front desk were all very arrogant. There was a young man who stood out and wanted to prove himself. Sixth, when a person who claimed to be the deputy store manager came, he kept telling me that these rooms in the hotel were before renovations, and there are no rooms like the ones I saw online anymore. He also kept saying that he would send me out to stay. At that time, I felt that the purpose of this person's words was to intimidate me into submission. I felt that I was right and I called the police immediately. He replied, "I'll wait for you to repay me." 7. When I came down after taking the photos, I asked the person who claimed to be the deputy store owner if he had reported it, and he started to change the subject and never mentioned the matter of calling the police. As mentioned above: The facilities and service attitude of this hotel are very poor.

It's okay, but the room is relatively shady and cool when the window is open to the wall. The sound insulation is not good when sleeping at night. It's suitable for short-distance business trips.

The night before I checked in, I called the front desk to make a reservation for pick-up service. The front desk said that no reservation was required and that I could choose one of the two pick-up services. I could just call the front desk directly when I arrived at East Railway Station. I also read on Ctrip that no reservation was required. I arrived at the East Station the next day. I called the front desk and told me that a car could be sent to pick me up when I arrived at the East Station. The answer given by the front desk guy was that the pick-up needed to be booked an hour in advance. It was equivalent to me having to wait for an hour at the East Railway Station. I questioned the front desk and said that when I called to book yesterday, no one told me to book one hour in advance, and Ctrip did not say that I needed to book one hour in advance. The guy at the front desk said there was no way he could send a car until an hour later. I took a taxi and came to the front desk. I asked the front desk why they didn't tell me in advance to reserve a car in advance. The guy at the front desk was very perfunctory and didn't even say a word of apology. I placed an order for foot bath buckets and electric mosquito coils. The front desk told me that they didn’t have them. The only good thing is that the breakfast in the hotel is very good. The aunt who made the breakfast also told me what to eat there and the service was very good.

The room hygiene and facilities are okay, but the service is really not good. They said that the high-speed rail can pick up the car, and we need to make an appointment one hour in advance. Our car arrived in Nanning at 10:11 pm. I called the front desk to make an appointment at around 6 pm, and it arrived. No driver contacted us after we arrived in Nanning. I made several calls to the front desk but none of them answered. We had to call a taxi. We went to the hotel front desk and were told that we could refund the fare by adding WeChat. However, no one responded to WeChat. Maybe it was because the business was too busy during the Spring Festival. It’s so busy!
