入住體驗：進入大堂前台沒有問候聲，辦理入住沒有重複預訂訊息，按理説作為酒店前台服務不應該有聲問好嗎？客人辦理入住不應該重複預訂的訊息嗎？不應該按流程順序走的嗎？攜程送的免費升級房型也沒給我升級，最後問了前台才説有，預訂做錯沒有滿足客人的權益，也並沒有一句抱歉之類的話術，直接換了房型給了房卡。
衞生總體來説還是不錯的較乾淨、舒適！就是靠馬路邊晚上睡覺特別吵，設施除了大花灑噴頭水壓不足之外其它都還好，迷你冰箱是開着的裏面什麼都沒有，連瓶水都沒有，這個迷你冰箱也就沒必要放在房間裏開着了。
早班工作人員服務是挺可以的，語氣温柔給人的感覺就很舒服！

這次真的給驚喜到，地理位置優越，停車免費，進門大廳驚艷，房間大，床很舒服，特別安靜，設施非常好，孩子們特別喜歡，下次來南寧還住這裏，最關鍵的一點，性價比非常非常高

一個月左右斷斷續續總共住了3晚，3晚3次打前台電話要個喝酒用的紅酒杯或者玻璃杯都説沒有，就沖這一點，必須給個差評。微小的細節會提升很多住店體驗。

電梯晚上就壞了一個，早晨壞了兩個，這個維修維修速度也是驚人!第一天打電話問詢南京行程碼是否可以入住，前台讓我自己問社區，不能每天有個更新的表格嗎？第二天，我晚上到酒店，衞生還沒搞，我問前台為什麼沒有搞衞生，前台説我沒有打電話要求，每天搞衞生還需要告知才進行？！衞生是可以的，就是服務太差勁，酒店員工是不是全是親戚？前台可以換人了

出差到南寧奔着天龍灣的服務來的，聽朋友説推薦也還可以，入住沒有告知客户早餐用餐時間和用餐是有餐券還是其他方式，導致第二天早上九點半下來問説已經沒有早餐了，特地買了含早的而沒有得到響應的服務，表示很不滿意，去過很多酒店都是十點才結束的，九點半我覺得有點莫名其妙。還有房卡時間，退房時間已經延遲到14點，但是房卡12點就失效了，十二點多回到酒店發現進不去，又得找阿姨開門，真的挺失望的，下次不會再考慮了
