room was bad cos the light panel had broken n wall chips with paint coming out n no city view..is not the same in the picture.i went down to change for better room.anyway i got an upgrade room from the trip.com..n was given with better city view n room as like in the picture..room amenities was old n i think is time for some renovations..staff at the front desk look proud..maybe next time with a better smile n more warmly..keep it up...
