When I checked in, I was informed by the front desk that there was a problem with the hot water. There was no problem at the moment. It needed repairs and there would be hot water in the early morning. Who knew that I called the front desk in the morning to ask why there was no hot water yet. We stayed last month. The room assigned to us on the night we checked in was not clean. There were cockroaches crawling on the bed. We contacted the front desk and helped us change rooms. However, the power suddenly went out at 11 o'clock and the key card failed. It was a very bad experience.
