room have cigarette smell which is bad for non smoker but wondering everywhere did showing non smoking marks but still allow customer to smoke ! secondly is the staff in front desk who has no intention to help customer, lastly not the least is that air condition is terribly noisy which can never let you sleep peacefully.

The room is very clean and tidy. The front desk staff (Xiao Wei, Xiao Li and another young lady, I forgot to ask her last name, I only remember that the job number is 009) have a very good service attitude. I will come again next time

This time I went on business for more than ten days and stayed in several hotels. I think the Yongjiang Holiday Inn is the best. It is clean and has enthusiastic service. It comes with free milk and chrysanthemum tea. It is high-end and classy. It gives people a comfortable feeling as soon as they enter the hotel. Finally went and stayed another night. Five-star praise.

The breakfast tastes very good. The 1132 service at the front desk was enthusiastic and gave me fruits. The room facilities and equipment are very new. I have stayed here many times. It is very close to the East Station and is very convenient.

The room card I returned at the front desk obviously said that I had not returned the room card deposit and it would not be refunded for 24 hours. I asked the hotel to adjust the monitoring and check, but there has been no reply so far.

The front desk called and threatened not to leave a negative review. Please don't stay in this shady hotel. They deducted more room fees without permission. If you don't call, you will get a refund!
