酒店衞生乾淨整潔、酒店還有香薰，一股淡淡的清香味，很不錯！附近還有虎邱村美食街，有很多小吃，附近還有購物商場，吃喝玩樂都很方便，值得推薦，下次入住還選這裏！

老媽去南寧旅遊，特意幫老媽定的房間，訂的房間自認為不算很差，還選了一個隔音較好的。但是分配的房間旁邊還是設備間，大晚上空調或者別的設備非常響，長者家大晚上睡不好，申請換房無果，投訴兩次都不給解決。以後城市便捷酒店拉黑！😡😡😡

一進門的感覺就覺得很舒服，很乾凈很涼爽，前台小姐姐小哥哥很熱情，入住酒店也很舒服，交通便捷，停車場就在酒店後面，而且後面還有個桌球俱樂部，娛樂項目很齊全，這次的入住體驗很棒，好評！

設施：設施十分完善，且環境很好，房間床睡的很舒服
衞生：衞生十分整潔，基本看不到臟東西，浴室衞生間打掃的特別乾淨，洗漱杯也是套着袋子
環境：噪音很小，基本沒什麼噪音，隔音也不錯
服務：前台服務態度特別好，因為不想住尾房，免費幫忙升級，包括網絡等問題也是第一時間解決

酒店位置還算可以，就在路邊，樓下有燒烤攤會有點聲音，但是不算吵，就是正常聊天，沒有發生猜碼那種。衞生也還行，開了蠻多年的酒店能保持這樣的乾淨程度是不錯的。就是這一次入住讓我不能理解的是前台居然説要付款100塊按金，房卡的按金。住酒店交按金在多少年前就不再實行了。而且這家店我們是每年都在入住，從十年前出行就住便捷到現在，早就幾年前就不收按金了。獅山店這幾年也是年年都有入住，突然問我要按金我是非常無語。跟前台説不是不需要按金嗎？她非常堅決説必須要按金。我們退房時候看到前邊的顧客也衹是退了房卡，沒聽到説退按金的事，這是看人下菜碟嗎？
