Squeaky clean room and facilities. Very cozy. As a birdwatcher returning from the wilderness to conclude my journey in China, I love every Vienna Hotel for the fact that they provide a washing machine for guests to use at every one of its hotels.

Special mention to Xiao He at the reception when checking in. She is very service orientated, good personality and anticipated our requirements very well. Overall stay is excellent.

hotel condition in general is acceptable. there is nothing surrounding so just as stay one night as transit then is fine otherwise not advisable to stay

You can see billowing white smoke rising upwards! The breakfast was even worse. The flies couldn't fly anymore. I don't know if it was the chemical smell or something else. I will definitely not stay here again next time! It also changed my view of Vienna! Having said that, the guy who picked up and dropped off the airport was very good and enthusiastic.
