Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese.
Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

The room location is relatively close to the subway, and only 4-5 stops from the East Station, which is relatively close. Convenient for traveling, there are many restaurants downstairs. The breakfast in the morning was quite unexpected, it was great! It's great to prepare such a meal at this price.

The service level at the front desk is so poor. I felt the same when I checked in and out. The OTA order information and the front desk information were completely inconsistent. I called to urge them to check out at 2 o'clock and 12 o'clock. Breakfast was included. The front desk also said that breakfast was not included. I checked again and again. The room was wrong. There is nothing to say about the hotels under the Dongcheng Group. They are all very good. They are clean, caring, considerate and user-friendly. I forgot to bring a toilet cover, but the hotel actually has one. It’s really great. Huang Hongqing’s customer service is also great.
