首先是電視機很好，能夠聲光質量很好地看到央視等節目，床夠大，桌椅子也夠多，衞生間不錯，便盤乾淨，特別是水量大，水出來快，沖力大，這就非常方便洗澡等了，熱水熱度合適，調節也好，水灑頭也相當細膩夠力，灑在身上感到很舒服，房間內凈高可能有三點六米，電插頭靈便，供應有二組手機充電線，附近有許多服務店鋪，大約不過是離二三百米吧，南北各有一處商業中心，有許多飯店和方便店，水果攤，特別是南寧方向的康和城，有許多非常有特色的飯店，許多品種很多，儘量各打特色，且做得很好吃，如果想簡單些，有肯德基店，價格都是十分公道，縣城性質的價格吧。不遠是河邊公園，人們早晚在那裡放着裝在小機動車上的放圖像聲音設備，放聲歌唱。建築街道公園等，都十分講求美，也令人感到相當美。也安靜，幾乎沒有什麼聲音和雜人雜車等打擾。不足是，燈不夠亮，非常不方便住客看書讀報等，房間大，空間高，空調雖然是格力，但製冷的能力應該是差，定了三十度，放最大風量，但房間熱得非常慢，風口出來不感到足夠熱，特別是風力不大，是和現在家用的新空調相比較，於是整個房間放了很久空調熱氣，但也衹是大約二十五六度左右，需要睡覺時蓋一床被單，不敢打赤膊。茶葉少，衹有二包，南方人習慣喝茶，這遠遠不夠的，問服務枱，衹得了二包，後來衹能喝白開水了，多不習慣啊，房間不是大空對大空的對流，而是一邊窗户對街道，門口這邊是走廊，對流的流暢度當然是不理想了。窗户的再下一層是水泥屋頂，內心擔心上面不乾淨，擔心人們胡亂丟垃圾在水泥的平頂平面上，好在不怎麼有，但不美，當然，一般顧客是不注意這些的。還有一點是，二張床，應該是四個杯，但衹有三個，懶得同服務枱説送來了，電吹風不錯的，風夠熱，夠大。

酒店價格還可以，房間乾淨寬敞 ，房間重新翻新過了，工作人員態度不錯，酒店還有停車場，停車方便 ，車位很多，性價比較高
