離地鐵站太遠啦，出遊衹能滴滴或者公交車，離朝陽遠，兩不靠，房間有些舊了，不過五一價格還可以，沒有升太高

優點：位置好，離學校醫院近，樓下很多飯店；不足：房間小，空調就在窗口，聲音大，隔壁開空調，睡眠質量差的肯定睡不好，沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有礦泉水，衞生紙質量非常差，根本無法使用。總體感覺一般般。

沒早餐，馬桶蓋是壞的，電視是開不了的，衹有一小窗，且對着牆，廁所與浴室的燈關不了，衹有一側床邊有插座

衞生間臭，隔音超級差，半夜樓下在裝修，説了還是弄到凌晨三四點，基本一晚上沒睡好。不會再住。前台阿姐的態度比較好。

準備考試訂的酒店，老闆還是好説話的，附近很多小吃，樓下就是蜜雪冰城，不靠近街邊的房間蠻安靜的，衞生差點廁所有點味道，拖鞋不是一次性的

五一訂的酒店，沒提前定，價格也還行吧，老闆娘服務態度不錯，主動給我們換了標準間。
附近交通有公交、小黃車，開共享不堵車10來分鐘20分鐘就到朝陽了 。
酒店是蹲坑，非常好！
其次不足的就是酒店衹有一小筒捲筒紙，衞生紙，沒有抽紙，比如説吃壞肚子，上幾次廁所估計就不夠用了，這點是需要加強的
樓下就有蜜雪，吃的還算多，還不錯
