優點：
1.服務態度好，溝通順暢
2.位置方便，離動物園不遠，車位多停放方便
3.指示清晰，入住手續方便
4.環境舒適，乾淨衞生，夜晚安靜，容易入眠
5.設施齊全，有麻將桌，有2個大陽台，有洗衣機廚房，洗刷用品生活用品一應俱全。
不足：
1.步梯房6樓，有長者需要考慮一下腿腳是否方便
2.有Wifi但網速非常慢，電視不太好開。
3.沒有陪飲用水，需要自備，不過也可以自己燒自來水。
4.停車費封頂一天20元，稍顯貴。
5.複式二樓衞生間沒有鎖，窗簾稍顯簡陋，稍有不便。

熱水不行，想洗個痛快點的澡沒辦法。
房子在6樓，沒有電梯，帶長者入住的話，要注意這個問題，
其他還好，房子也大，性價比很高，

房子很大，全實木裝修，傢俱很好，開雙門大冰箱，70平方米大客廳大氣！大陽台也是70平方米看星空很清新舒服。配有獨立車庫，主卧超大床太舒適了。住這民宿周邊生活很便利。房子2層夠大我們一共住了9個人也很舒服。房東鳳姐人很熱心很好。下次來南寧還會入住這民宿。
