The hotel environment is clean and comfortable. The service attitude of the front desk lady is friendly and enthusiastic. I checked in at 8 o'clock on the evening of the first day of the ***** New Year. The two front desk ladies were very patient and sent fruit and afternoon tea coupons. The check-out lady took the initiative to ask about the accommodation experience. After checking out, I just went to the lobby bar opposite the service desk to enjoy a beautiful afternoon tea☕️
