I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. Particularly regarding the hotel’s facilities and cleanliness.
Several issues that affected my comfort:
Cleanliness: The cleanliness of my room and certain common areas was below acceptable standards. The room appeared unclean and the bathroom facilities were not thoroughly cleaned.
Breakfast are lesser comparing to my stay last year
I believe the room would need some renovation and touchup work.
I trust that these issues will be addressed immediately to ensure future guests do not encounter similar problems.

This hotel is a bit run down although the room is super big with the price given.
More for Men stay .... not recommended for ladies.

The hotel is good, but the board is a little thin. You can hear the conversations next door clearly at night. The breakfast is ordinary and nothing special, but it is filling. My roommate asked me to comment on the gentleman who cooked noodles for breakfast on 2025.2.17. His service attitude was very bad. I hope the hotel can take him back for training.
