The experience of this stay was so bad that I wanted to block this hotel immediately. The service was offline throughout the whole process, the business was unfamiliar, the communication was chaotic, and there was no professionalism at all. I was shocked when I entered the room on the first night: there were unknown stains on the walls and sofas, and the bathroom glass was cracked. The hygiene was so rough that it was disgusting, and I had no mood to stay there. What’s more annoying is the room type: I clearly booked a deluxe room for the second night in advance, but the hotel pretended to be confused. The order clearly stated "deluxe", but they pretended to be confused, repeatedly arguing, and asked repeatedly several times before changing it. I finally waited for the so-called "room change", but the room turned out to be worse than the high-end room I booked on the first night. It was pure deception. The service is unprofessional and they play this kind of deliberately difficult routine. I sincerely advise everyone to avoid it.
