Noise from bars until around 11 at night. Food and cleanliness is good. Very good location and easy to find

Kind welcome at the reception, well located (near metro station) in a big tower. Nice room with view on the city. What they could improve: window isolation against noise (even if it's closed, you hear some noise from a roof bar not far ). But for 1-2 nights, it's fine ;-)

Good location: metro station is just outside the hotel.
Staff are helpful and accommodating: allowed room change as the original room was too noisy (facing the busy street with loud music), and allowed late check out.
Breakfast: reasonable selection, although mostly catered to China's taste.

Good location near shopping and lots of food stall downstairs. Unfortunately only 2 lifts for such a big buildings make it inconvenient!

Great hotel. Nice room, great bed, great shower toilet. Excellent value for the price and close to the center of Nanning. Right next to subway stop. I will stay here again.

If upgrading the floor is an upgrade, how should we understand upgrading the room type? I have stayed in so many hotels, but this is the first time I have encountered a front desk who explained the room upgrade in this way. They refused to accept the picture and insisted that upgrading from the 8th floor to the 13th floor is an upgrade. Ctrip should not embarrass itself. The free room upgrade is useless if the front desk does not accept it!
