總體還是比較滿意的，前台的小姐姐、接站的王師傅、第二天的客房服務員都很不錯。房間的衞浴是科勒的，廁所和洗手間共用一個門，比較不方便。房間沒有夜燈，晚上起床比較不方便。房間有書有滑梯，孩子玩得開心，可惜沒有小球配套籃筐。小童坐便器，很實用，方便孩子。
第一天的客房服務比較差，房間熱水壺接觸不良，煮不了水，申請更換，一直質疑我們不會用，幾經折騰才更換成功。早餐比較一般，如果要38一人，就不如去外面吃，房費裏包含了，就去吃吧。看到有網友評論説來不及吃可以打包早餐，我們是房費含3份早餐的，衹有我一人去吃，申請打包時，服務員非常不情願……一臉嫌棄。
最不好的是，房間沒有冰箱給客人凍東西，酒店又不給凍……小孩打針的葯水需要凍，問餐廳説領導説不能凍，最後自己買的冰袋凍。還有房間的自來水煮沸上面會漂一層白色的異物，不能喝需要自己買礦泉水。酒店第一天會給3小瓶農夫山泉，第二天就衹給2小瓶，不能多拿。很多酒店是可以多拿一兩瓶的，第一天問客服人員時，高高在上説那就要多給錢咯。

接送服務前台💁🏻♀️非常禮貌滿分，帶着孩子很方便。有免費早餐吃，房間也足夠大，高鐵轉運住非常不錯的。附近有好吃的螺螄粉可以吃，分量又大又便宜。

出站10分鐘就到酒店了，環境還不錯，美中不足的是春節期間沒有接站服務，帶着孩子拖着行李稍微不方便，前台説初四之前早餐都是打包進房間，沒有堂食，每個房間兩份，菜品豐富，分量很大！整體滿意！樓下就有桂林米粉。
