Meikai Fashion Hotel

Hotelroom and location good. Cleanliness normal. We only did not like it so much because we booked a non smoking room and got a room which smelled very strongly for smoke. Even the curtains were yellow due to the smoke. There was a small sign "non-smoking", but ironically there is an ash tray directly in front of the sign. (very strange non-smoking policy) Then they offered us for an additional charge another room (which was a bit larger). We asked twice if it is really a non smoking room. They said yes but this was a lie into our faces because again it smelled a lot and there was again an ash tray. It's okay if you don't have non smoking rooms. It's the way it is. But don't sell people non smoking rooms if it is not true.

They accept foreigners. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. It was very clean. It is just a short walk to a really good snack street called Xiguan Night Market.
