Overall the room was quite clean and quiet. The gym on the basement floor was probably rarely used as it was covered in dust which meant there weren't too many guests. Also, it was a bit awkward that there was no laundry room. Overall it was ok!

He didn't apologize after opening the door. When I checked out and explained the situation to the front desk, he just said sorry, and didn't even apologize seriously.
