complaint! There are meetings to be held and there are many people, so it is understandable that it would be difficult to wait for the elevator. But I took the elevator to the 3rd floor. When I got down, I didn’t want to wait for the elevator anymore. Because I was in a hurry, I took the stairs to go downstairs. When I got to the 1st floor, I found that the door was locked and I couldn’t get out. I had to swipe my card to open it. Obviously it was Fire exit, but it's locked! I had no choice but to walk to the second floor and find the escalator to go downstairs.
I called the hotel front desk and complained about this matter. The hotel said they would get a reply, but they didn't wait.
There is an unknown rag in the bathroom of the room, which may have been left by the cleaning staff.
