Please don’t stay in this place. The sanitation is dirty and poor, and the landlady is arrogant and unreasonable. She raises prices randomly. It says it’s a hotel apartment, but it’s actually a B&B. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

The air conditioner in the living room is not working and the refrigerator is broken.
Other than that, I'm very satisfied. The hygiene is much better than I expected.
Overall I'm quite satisfied. The boss is also nice and very enthusiastic.

看着價格便宜就訂下了，這個公寓是在利海亞州國際，前面有兩家也是在這個住宅區也是差不多價格，但去辦入住時不是電梯壞了要等幾個小時才能入住就是要加錢我就馬上退了，折騰了一個小時，最後這家我就懶得換了，因為趕時間就打算將就着住一晚，環境太差了，從進房間前我就一直害怕，利海亞州國際這個公寓已經有點歷史了，破破舊舊的設施，沒有住户全是用來做公寓的。晚上洗澡時擔心安全問題就把熱水器電源關了，但它這個熱水器是關掉馬上就沒熱水的那種，洗了幾分鐘冷得我，澡也沒洗好，後面睡覺也不舒服，下次不敢住了！還沒到退房時間打掃衞生的阿姨就來敲門這不是趕客嗎？利海亞州國際這邊我都不敢再住，將就住了一晚不代表是因為好，我是懶得折騰，長住我肯定馬上換了。

設施有點老舊，但是有冰箱洗衣機，這點好評，以前應該是出租的單人公寓，改成酒店了。當個落腳點還是不錯的，就這樣吧！。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。
