At 8pm, they said the water pipe burst and they were repairing it.
I returned to the hotel in the early morning and it was still not repaired.
I called and asked what to do. There was no solution at all. They said I could only wait for the water and I didn’t know when it would come. They said I could check out but I couldn’t get a refund. This was a really bad way to deal with it. This is the first time I stayed in such a hotel. The service is really bad!!!
