服務：我訂了兩天的房，入住的時候前台説是一天，被我糾正了，結果第二天中午房卡就刷不進去了。我在攜程上是延遲退房，也就是下午兩點退房，結果前台12點就提醒我要退房了，還説要好評才能延遲退房，我呸，好評個鎚子，大家在這家酒店看到的好評説不定都是刷的。
房間：訂的時候寫是30平，結果衹有大概20平。隔音不好，外面説話開門都能從門傳進來。兩張床之間衹有一個插座，很反人類插不實的，一不小心就掉了。還有窗户沒有窗，衹有紗窗，冬天誰敢住啊。空調16度跟26度一樣，不涼。還有這個WiFi，連不上，給的密碼是假的，牆上有一個二維碼，掃了也不知道咋連。

相互理解很重要呀。我訂了兩間房，我説了我訂房的時候有14:00前退房的權益，老闆娘還是不信呢？説是一會兒有客人繼續入住，要十二點退房打掃，可是不能因為有客人就趕走我們呀，我訂的房確實有14:00前退房的這個合約～説了就是不信呢，非得給我拿出個證據來，才再次幫我確認。收拾好東西了準備退房了才問我們還要不要繼續上去住，怎麼可能繼續呀，既然拿了就走吧。唉
不過話説回來，我們也和老闆娘解釋了，説帶孩子去婦幼看一下報告，可能會回來晚一點，我們晚點退房14:00前會退房的，我們並不是無緣無故要延後退房的，確實是有事，檢查報告晚點出我們就衹能晚點去醫院了，不是説故意拖延退房時間呀。上次五一假日來我們一家人住的是動物園附近，當時也是假期高峯期，那家酒店是12:00前退房，可是我們到前台跟老闆娘説了一聲帶孩子去動物園玩一下哦，可不可以14:00再退房，人家一下子就爽快答應了!同樣是假期遊客高峯期，人家客人也多的呀，人家不會斤斤計較這一兩個小時哦～人人都是你的客户，應該想着去如何權衡利弊，兩個都顧及，而不是傷害了一個成全另一個客户，大家都是同樣花錢，就像會員花錢可以延遲到三點才能退房，感覺太羨慕了，如果沒有什麼事大部分人也都會在十二點前退房的，格局打開客户就多啦，還是祝願生意興隆，無緣再住啦～

酒店外面比較吵 但是酒店裡麪環境還不錯 衞生間燈光暗了點花灑噴身上有刺痛感水壓太強了🫰總體很不錯…….
