Spacious well maintained rooms for guest and interior environment, no smoking policy seemed established here as compared to other places which made my stay more pleasant even. Limited interaction with hotel staff but they worked around the clock to meet my needs making me feel more comfortable around the hotel.
However I must say there tends to be long waits for the lift as there is only one but not a problem often only at certain times.
Nighttime window view was pretty good!

Excellent hotel in almost all aspects. Mr Chen, the gentleman in charge was exceptionally helpful and kind. Hotel amenities are modern and practical for guests. Good comfortable bedding and very clean overall.

The hotel window faces a large construction site. The night I checked in, the construction site was under construction all night long and the noise was deafening. Even though I closed the windows and used the ear plugs provided by the hotel, I couldn't sleep and was bothered by the noise all night long. Although the construction issues are not directly the responsibility of the hotel, as a customer, I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The hotel obviously did not take effective measures to reduce noise disturbance, so I have to give a negative review.
