非常不滿意服務態度，因為比較晚才到，給升級了房間，然後我順便問送不送早餐，OK不送，那也算了，人家隔壁怡程很大方的送！！結果上到房間之後是新裝修的房間！！味道超級大，很臭的那種裝修味道，進去就暈了，試着待了一個多小時根本沒法住！！然後給換到了舊的樓層房間！！然後第二天早上八點退房的時候跟前台服務員反映了新房間臭的情況，她跟聾的一樣，客户跟她説話當耳邊風，看都不看我一眼，好像沒聽到一樣，就給我錄了停車放行！！住了那麼多維也納這家真的做的是最差了！！反正這家維也納不會再去住了！！

設施：一進房間，寬敞明亮的空間讓人心情愉悦。床品潔白柔軟，床墊和枕頭軟硬正合適，就像在家一樣自在，我這個認床的人都能一夜好眠。
衞生：地板乾淨到我都能直接光腳走，用紙巾擦了擦，真的一點灰都沒有。床品那叫一個潔白柔軟，沒有一絲褶皺和污漬，湊近聞還有股淡淡的洗衣液清香，
服務：這次入住體驗簡直挑不出一點毛病！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，工作人員的熱情就讓我心裏暖烘烘的，辦理入住手續時又快又專業，給我升級了房型還贈送了免費的早餐！感謝前台小姐姐💗
