The smell in the room was so pungent that I couldn't fall asleep. I slept until I checked out after 2 a.m., and I applied for a refund of half of the room fee from the front desk, but they didn't agree. Money is a small matter, but harming your health is a big deal.

This was the most uncomfortable hotel I stayed in for 8 days and 7 nights. There was always a lot of noise outside. I really couldn't bear to call to change rooms in the middle of the night. 酒店的確很新，有一丟丟的木製味道，但是入住通風打開空調就好了，也可以問前台要點薰香。連續住了一個星期覺得很滿意，很喜歡這件盡頭房，附近動物園的聲音還好，如果覺得吵關上窗户一下子就安靜了，能在房間裏看到綠樹藍天也是一種享受。床上用品這些也都很乾凈衞生，小冰箱很好用，吃不完的水果小吃還能放一放，礦泉水也很充足，動物園店算是我住過最優惠的店了，地址位置也比較趕緊地鐵，附近小吃一大堆，以後有機會還來

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務好，非常細心，辦理入住快。大廳氛圍非常舒服，很適合辦公，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，智能馬桶恆温加熱很舒服，花灑水壓大，出水快，水温舒適，洗澡特別舒服。網速快，辦公方便，本商務人士出差感覺非常滿意，停車方便，很放心，第二天有事要晚點退房，前台還幫免費延時退房，這個好評給得特別值！！！

因為是來考試的。一開始的房間靠近動物園遊樂場，白天需要休息所以有點點有點吵，聯繫前台後馬上就給我換了一間（動物園關園後應該就安靜了）。而且整體房間的格局，設施還有早餐（早餐品類很多，就餐環境也好）都很好。老婆説在南寧住那麼多酒店最舒服是這裏。給全季（動物園店）高分！沒拍房間照片，將就着點評吧

設施：很新，功能齊全，使用方便。
衞生：非常乾淨清爽，住宿舒適度很好。
環境：地處廣西大學校園區域，交通便利，雖然旁邊設有加油站，也臨近市區道路，但並無噪音污染。大堂茶香味香薰清新好聞，房間無異味。
