如果僅女生出行，不建議入住此酒店，存在非常嚴重安全問題。
本人入住當晚，因為很晚了，叫了一個**外賣，外賣員可能喝醉酒了，一直暴力拍門，給人一種要砸門而入的感覺。但由於酒店沒有貓眼，沒有防盜鏈/安全鏈，我們對於這樣可怕情況，不知所措！
可以想象，兩個女生在房內，聽到外面不明成年男性暴力砸門，詢問是誰，有什麼事情，都不迴應，就只是瘋狂砸門，然後我們還無法通過任何途徑判斷外面情況，該有多麼的害怕！！！
這裏給服務5顆星，是因為前台小姐姐，在我們反饋這個事情後，有非常積極配合，跑上跑下5-6趟，幫我們處理此問題，在這裏還是非常感謝前台小姐姐。

位置好，周邊生活設施方便。樓下附近有個萬達茂商場。
早餐在2樓，品種比較多，吃得還行。
房間還算比較大，總體靜音，晚上不會太吵。
挺好的，服務員態度也不錯，早餐每天都有變化，交通很方便，周圍吃喝玩樂都很近，而且附近有很好玩的方特！！性價是真的很高。

房間很棒，感覺酒店的特色就是，很多設施設定得很人性化，讓人居住起來很舒服。酒店的位置也很好，近方特東盟神話，在萬達茂附近，周邊有很多吃飯吃甜點買水果零食的地方，前台的小姐姐們態度也很好，早餐真的很棒，現煮的河粉超好吃，真的是性價比很高的選擇。

服務:熱情周到；
總體對本次入住很滿意！
地點很好找，順着導航很清晰就能找到，停車很方便，地下車庫有酒店專屬車位，不收停車費。這一片都是公寓樓，離機場不遠大概30分鐘，夜晚很安靜。服務員很熱情，入住辦理很麻利，預訂後很快就有電話打過來和我確認房型預計到店時間和喜好，早早提前安排好了房間，很貼心了。
早餐種類齊全不過菜品不是很多，但質量還是可以。
下次出遊南寧還會繼續選精通101萬達茂店！👍👍

在顏值上，這間酒店很難讓人不心動！房間清新乾淨，視覺效果明亮。一大早陽光灑滿整個屋裡，給你一室温馨！在前台悠閑下午喝一杯茶，看一場經典電影!沒事時，推開窗簾，坐在沙發上看看外面的世界，簡直不要太幸福! 精通，聽這名字就愛上了！這裏的一草一木，一桌一椅都有經過精心的裝扮，就像呵護自己的孩子一樣。也許店主並不是專業的設計師，但卻是最會生活的設計師。酒店內獨立的洗衣機，是出差人的暖心之舉，店家的想法是獨特的，是有愛的，無需外出便可褪去一身的疲憊，真的簡直不要太愛了！！！！南寧方特東盟神話真的是很值得釋放身心的景區，精通101是非常不錯的棲息之地，下次會繼續來住。
